A few months ago three different people mentioned how great they felt and then broke into song praising the virtues of apple cider vinegar. Okay, that last part is an exaggeration, but it may as well be true, because each person went over all the ways in which it’s made them feel better about their general health.
To be fair, I’m not unfamiliar with the stuff. I grew up in a house where my mama used it for everything! I never liked the smell or believed the hype, but I’m getting to that point in my life where I realize mama probably does know best.
Anyway, here I am, every morning, adding it, and a dash of turmeric (helps fight inflammation) to my orange juice. I still dislike the taste (although not as badly now) but I feel like it might not be a bad idea to keep on doing it, at least until I finished the bottle. Can’t be out here wasting money because I lack patience.
